9 October 2026 — practical guides and working resources

The Academy now includes a first-project route, four written workflow tasks, specific support checks and editable review resources with completed examples. The detailed business-settings and First Pass screenshot guides remain available.

  • First project: prepare a pack, generate, review and inspect the quote.
  • Business settings: optional deeper setup for company identity, labour, plant, trade rates and library controls.
  • Working resources: blank CSVs, illustrative completed sheets and printable examples.
  • Support: safe diagnostic steps and a direct contact route.

This is an update to the website’s guidance and resources. It does not certify a new application release or the accuracy of an individual estimate.

In test — materials, pricing evidence and output checks

A materials/pricing update is in test. The work covers material/scope matching, quantity-source wording, pricing warnings after edits, labour/rate clarity and client/internal report consistency. Availability and behaviour in production have not been confirmed by this guide.

When a production release is confirmed, the update note should state which workflows changed and whether an existing saved project needs any action. Do not assume an old or issued quote has been updated, or regenerate it solely because an update is planned.

  • Keep the original source pack and client-seen documents.
  • Follow the generation progress and expected-time message currently shown in your workspace; a new workflow may change processing time.
  • Continue checking quantities, units, supplier prices and the final downloaded output.
  • For an existing project, ask Reuben before changing an issued basis.

No new universal processing-time, accuracy or saved-profit promise is made here.
