These files give you a starting structure you can adapt to your project. The CSV is an editable manual worksheet, not an automatic calculator or an application import file. Keep your evidence and check the calculations in your working copy.

| Reference | Check | Decision or review note |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Current documents and package boundaries | Retain the document register |
| Base cost | Packages add once | Keep allowance basis visible |
| Overhead and profit | 20 percent mark-up on base cost | 20 percent mark-up is 16.67 percent margin on selling price |
How to use it
- Review scope first, then quantities/rates/commercial build-up, then the output you will issue.
- Use separate columns for the approved internal basis and what appears in the client document.
- Check net price, VAT and inclusive total on the same tax and rounding basis. Record any deliberate difference.
- Save the reviewed estimate and issued quote together. Leave a check open when its evidence or approval is still missing.
